Fantastic Hotel we travel round the world alot and this is one of our favourites in a great location overlooking Epernay . The location, service and facilties are very good. In additio the spa and swimming pool facilites are fantastic - would highly recommend

What else to say other than completely perfect. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights and loved it. Rooms were thoughtful with nice touches (double sink, voltage converter, heated bathroom floors), and the staff were amazing. We had an issue with dinner at the Royal on our first night and the hotel resolved it literally first thing in the morning. Staff are exceptional, attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond - booking taxis and dinner reservations, to writing goodbye notes and giving us champagne in our room. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tout était à la hauteur de nos espérances.. Pour compléter notre week-end nous avons réaliser un vol en montgolfière...magique ! félicitations et remerciements à l'équipe de direction ainsi qu'a l'ensemble du personnel.

Très agréable accueil par Enzo ! Notre séjour fut extra du début à la fin . Notre surclassement en suite nous a permis de nous reposer comme nous le souhaitions. La suite donne sur les vignes et comprend tout ce que nous espérons dans ce genre d’hôtel ( 2 salles de bain : 1 avec douche et 1 avec baignoire, des produits de soins de qualité, 1 cafetière illy, des caramels et des pâtes de fruits , quelques petits gâteaux au chocolat ainsi que des fruits ,…) . Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié. Nous avons dîné au Bellevue et là aussi rien à redire .

Très belle établissement très propre et calme personnel très agréable calite de l'accueil impeccable Très belle vue sur les vignes de la terrasse du bar et également de la piscine et des chambres Belle piscine. Les voituriers sont très cool.

Thank you for everything! was incredible view and the service was amazing. Thanks to Alexia, she was very helpfull and lovely for the guests. The champagne was delicouis, food was very good. We will come back very soon here. This was our favorite place during our holiday!

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel a dépassée toutes nos attentes suite à la découverte de l'établissement dans un reportage télé. Un accueil dans un cadre sublime par un personnel aux petits soins, en particulier un grand merci à Lise pour son dévouement et son professionnalisme. Le hasard a voulu que notre chambre soit celle du reportage le top, vue magnifique, équipements de grandes qualités. Que dire des restaurants, juste parfaits, plats inventifs et délicieux, service de grande qualité, sommelier de très bon conseil. Hôtel à recommander absolument, que vous soyez très riche ou juste pour vous accorder un petit plaisir exceptionnel vous serez accueillis de la même façon
