How it pains me to give 3,5 stars to Royal Champagne Hotel and Spa, Especially when: Consierge, especially Enzo, was 5+ stars Sommelier team at Le Royal was 5+ stars and location and vallet team was great.. but.. When at a 5 star Spa hotel the sauna does not work one of the days and the Hammam the other it is quite disappointing. Especially when the Receptionist does not speak english at all and needs her phone to do very basic translations, leaving us with not know if it will be fixed in 30min or 5 hours, That being said, as mentioned, a lot of basic things was in place. Great breakfast, great housecleaning etc

un sejours parfait week end entre travail et repos ,lieux ideal pour decouvrie la champagne et le chamapgne avec un personnel de qualité et a l 'ecoute tous les differebnts moment de ce sejours etait digne d'un palace la nouriture au Royal ou au belevue parfait

Commentaire un peu tardif pour féliciter toutes les équipes du Royal Champagne pour l'accueil durant notre séjour en amoureux. Ici, tout n'est que raffinement, de la chambre au restaurant. Un merci particulier à Eléonore de la réception pour sa sympathie, tout en discrétion, qui a parfaitement su nous aiguiller lors de nos diverses questions ! Une très belle expérience.

Très beau cadre et professionnalisme et bienveillance du personnel. Le repas au Restaurant Bellevue est excellent et le service est de qualité. C'était mon deuxième séjour au Royal Champagne. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Zeer stijlvol, klasse hotel waar men zich als gast dadelijk thuis voelt. We waren hier reeds meerdere malen te gast en het niveau op vlak van onthaal, service, vriendelijkheid, attentie blijft hetzelfde. Zeer mooie spa, lekkere keuken, een prachtige lokatie voor ons valt hier werkelijk niets op aan te merken. We komen zeker terug!

Do not miss this AMAZING hotel! The entire staff has been trained to a Four Seasons level of service. They are truly amazing and noteworthy. I actually had them do almost my whole itinerary for the 4 days we were there. The things I personally chose were good, but they know the area and the champagne houses to a t - what they helped us settle on were phenomenal! The facilities, the Michelin rated restaurant, the bar tenders, the concierge, the pool, the view…just go and experience it.

This is quite possibly one of the nicest experiences I have had in a hotel before. This hotel is run like clock work with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are incredibly well appointed, spotless and comfortable. The food in the restaurants is of a very high standard. The staff are the jewel in the crown here - you are given the most wonderful welcome when you arrive and the theme continues whilst you stay. This is an expensive hotel but you get the feeling they would go to the ends of the earth to make your visit exceptional.
