Very convenient for motorway travel. Nice clean hotel, lovely lady on reception, spoke perfect english as she had lived in america. Will stay again now we have found it. Very hand for the Au Bureau restaurant, just a short walk away.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the corridors and room. There was a particularly unpleasant smell in both.
The staff were pleasant and checked us in efficiently .
We went for breakfast about 7:30 but it looked as if it had been well picked over and croissant and other things had not been refilled.
The restaurant was closed and we were directed to an independent eatery across the car park. I had the worst steak ever and although I pointed out to the staff that it was very fatty, I did not even get an apology.
We will not stay here again

Hotel correct pour une soirée-étape à Angoulême. Ample parking à l'éxterieur, avec des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique (lentes, mais aussi rapide - Tesla-). Situé à proximité des autoroutes, notamment de la N-10 et à 10-15 minutes en voiture du centre d'Angoulême. Très sympathique la décoration des chambres et des parties communes, sur la thematique "voyage dans la nationale".

Un accueil très cordial et fluide. Nous avons été surclassés dans des chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. Nous avons apprécié les roulettes séparées de la salle de bains. La déco de l'hôtel est très bien .. on se plonge vite dans l'univers BD L'ambiance au petit déjeuner est top... Petite musique douce... Le buffet est varié et les produits bons. Nous avons donc passe un excellent séjour confortable.

We were given a Disabled room on ground floor. The room itself was very tired and needed updating. The bedside reading lamps did not work and the carpet needs replacing. The shower was terrible. The door would not open completely as it was scraping on the floor. The shower fitting was broken so it was necessary to hold the shower head when showering. It was a wet room and when the floor got wet it was very slippery and dangerous.
The breakfast was very poor. The orange juice maker was broken and the selection of food was very poor not up to the normal standard of Ibis Styles.
We were glad to leave.
