Charming very quiet, comfortable chalet, for rent in all seasons. It is located in a residential leisure park "Les Chalets des Cimes" n ° 49, 30 minutes from Grenoble, with caretaker and outdoor parking as well as a swimming pool in summer. This individual wooden chalet, very pleasant and functional, non-smoking, has a living area of 38m2 and a terrace of 12m2. It can accommodate up to 6 people. This chalet has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed (new mattress) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sitting area (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 1 fully equipped kitchen ( combined microwave oven, grill and plancha machine, raclette machine, dishwasher and washing machine), separate WC, garden furniture. Household linen is not provided. It is located at the end of the area therefore offering tranquility and a magnificent view of the forest. Super séjour aux pieds des pistes Nous avons passez 3 superbes jours dans ce très beau chalet implanté proche de la forêt a 10 min de la station de ski ou 15 min du plateau de l'Arcelle a pied. Très bien equipé, très propres, ce chalet est parfait pour 4 personne ou famille avec enfants..On y retournera avec plaisir..
