The Velo Accueil system is really understood here. Safe storage, pump, comprehensive breakfast all available at a reasonable price . The receptionist and her team, was multilingual, super friendly, understood the cycling experience and organised dinner on a Monday. Large, airy clean room with a great shower. Quiet and dark at night. Big breakfast, good coffee, friendly approach. Really enjoyed my stay here. A 5 star experience.

Très bon accueil,belle déco, chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, à proximité du village chanaz,séjour sans voiture possible car beaucoup d'aménagement pour les cyclistes, attention utiliser bien le parking de l'hôtel sinon tout est payant même devant l'hôtel.

Par une belle journée dominicale, en janvier printanier, après une ballade à Chanaz, entre village, ports et écluses, barrages et chemins pédestres, au plus près des "Rhône", quelle ne fut point notre surprise, de découvrir cet établissement ... d'autant plus avec une terrasse, orientée sud/sud-ouest, et un ensoleillement au top. Cappucino(s), de bonne facture, dans les deux sens du terme, et farniente ... quiétude et sérénité, détente voire endormissement. Moment carpe diem ... Etablissement multiactivités à essayer au plus vite dans d'autres domaines (hôtel avec chambres cosy et modernes, résidence du studio au loft, bar gourmand, restauration, piscine estivale, espace de séminaires, de convivialité, de bien être ...). Belle découverte pour se restaurer, se reposer, s'évader, visiter et prendre soin de soi ...

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et ce fut une très belle découverte ! L'établissement est vraiment agréable, l'accueil est chaleureux, les propriétaires très disponibles et à l'écoute. Et surtout, d'une propreté RARE, digne d'un palace (voire même mieux). Rien à reprocher. Nous reviendrons vite avec nos enfants pour leur faire découvrir l'hôtel et le village de Chanaz, toujours aussi joli. Merci pour ce séjour.

Hôtel récent, propre et calme. Le personnel est vraiment très bien: gentil, compétent et prêt à vous aider. Les chambres sont bien isolées: pas de bruit et température parfaite. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du centre ville, permettant d'y aller à pied. Le parking est pratique et permet la recharge des voitures électriques.

Nous recommandons sans soucis cet hôtel. Une très belle découverte ! Emplacement idéal pour profiter de Chanaz à pieds. Personnel au petit soin et très souriant.Hotel très bien décoré et bien équipé, piscine agréable et parking gratuit ! On aurait bien aimé prendre un massage en plus mais 90€ pour 1h c est beaucoup trop cher ( je précise que c est une prestation par un intervenant extérieur) Le lieu très reposant et agréable , on reviendra !
