I have booked a Premium room . They charge me 11k for 2 nights , that is fine but the condition of the room is pathetic room with dampness in the room. Please make sure before booking u should see room conditions. And also they didn't provide complimentary water in that room . The funny thing is that they are charging 37rs for 1lt of water . Dear hotel ***agement please look into these small things . Totally disappointed .
