There was a first time when I went to this hotel and it was nice staying.

Wifi was not working properly. Toiletries was not there in bathroom.

Water supply stopped while bathing and even on complaining. Hotel staff paid no heed. Had to just wipe of the foam and get out of shower. How would you rate that experience?
