It is a beautiful property and the good is good. Their staff is terrible. They just do not smile. The staff needs training and good supervision. Their room service guy used the used towel to wipe the basin, It was seriously disgusting.

The rooms aren’t maintained at all as it was dingy and the furniture was also in very poor condition. The beddings weren’t clean, having so ***y stains. Though the housekeeping did change it but still the new beddings weren’t as clean too. The buffet food is good but not the hospitality of the staff there. Only good thing were the receptionists who greeted very nicely and were very humble !

The hotel is very old, the staff is very uncooperative and unprofessional, ac s doesn’t work properly, i saw a mouse in the lobby, the place is totally not a worth for your money even if you go for their best-est suite

Hygiene is very poor in food and bathroom in poor stage. Lights in room too low and huge noise in hotel. Terrible stay. Not recommended to any business class and family

There was all around smoking smell. Hotel has disc. Loud music heard even in room late night till 2 am no comfortable sleep due to loud music. Breakfast was not upto mark with only few options.

Hotel staff was nice and cooperative. Room was spacious and had big bed, sofa and bath tub. Amenities were good. In house dining was tasty
