Worst experience, the staff doesn’t even know which room is booked, hotel staff came with the guest and opened in my room. this is really disgusting approach from the bolero staff. I would prefer no one should visit this hotel . Prices are also very high.

rooms were not cleaned properly, it was total waste of money. service of the hotel was very poor, worst experience in klg starlite. 0 star for this stay
