The hotel is really clean and the room are also in immaculate condition. Service is really quick . Helpful staff and the food is absolutely delicious..a little expensive ..but delicious..

House Keeping is very nice. Recently I stayed at The Fern, and I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping service. The staff was exceptionally diligent, ensuring that my room was spotless every day. The attention to detail was remarkable; from the perfectly made bed to the neatly arranged toiletries, everything was pristine. The housekeeping team mainly Ms. Khushboo was also very accommodating to my schedule, ***aging to clean the room at convenient times without any disturbance. They were friendly and respectful, making sure to ask if I needed any extra amenities or special requirement.

Excellent Hotel. Location, dining, services everything is very good. Staff people are attentive, friendly and soft-spoken. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. Housekeeping experience was great. I appreciate the attention paid by Mr. Sanjay Dubey. 👍

Hotel fern residency is good but restaurant service and reception is not professional. Breakfast is ok ok. Food spread is not more as per the tariff offered by hotel. Rest is ok

The rooms were ok for business stay. And the common washroom of the hotel had 1000 mosquitos ! the location is ok if u want to live in industrial area or else it's a bit off route !

Rooms are somewhat smaller but are cosy and clean. Ac should be upgraded as it cannot be modulated precisely. Water spills out of the shower area - again due to congested design. This room should be marketed as a normal room instead of club room. Food is good as well as service.
