Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

Great location, comfortable stay, great hospitality. All the staff at front desk were very helpful. Delicious breakfast with ample choice in live counters. Rose garden at walkling distance. ISKON temple 10 min in cab. Request for delayed check out was nicely entertained. We could use the cloak room after check out.

Nisharv from ird depar**ent is very hardworking and ready to go over and beyond which makes the stay worth the experience!! Even at the odd hours he was very sweet to offer us food for takeaway making sure we don’t leave empty stomach thank you for that

We had a very good experience with Taj, Chandigarh. Good experience.. a decent place to stay.. staff is very nice, friendly and cooperative.. Special thanks to Mr. Ajay at the rest***nt who made our stay very comfortable with his warm and welcoming nature.. Food is decent.. Hotel is centrally located.. right beside sector 17 market .. so everything is very near and reachable..

I am Mayur Ganjiwale and i booked event of last night. There is no coordination in sales team and Behaviour is also terrible of sales staff in sales team (Mr. Sumit Sherawat ). Mr. Sail Rana & Mr. Sayandip is behavior very helpful and other ground staff is very Exellent. Next time I will not book Taj Chandigarh. Thanks

The room that I got was very spacious. Big bed.. big bathroom.. Pool was nice.. big size.. had a good swim.. Special shout-out to Mr. Ajay at Cafe 17, very hospitable, courteous, prompt, enthusiastic at his work.. all other staff were also good. However, Mr. Ajay suggested food items , I tried them .. they were lovely.. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I look forward to visiting again.
