Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

Good Service by Sushmita for dinner. Very polite & good customer service. Food was tasty & served in time with full of smiles & attention. I have been coming frequently from Gujarat. Keep it up. We should keep more non veg dishes & also reduce time if any specific item is ordered.

Amazing stay and very well trained staff.
Would highly recommend it.
Mini bar was empty ( although I don’t drink alcohol ) but cold water in the fridge would have been nice.

Ajay Sharma waiter in Cafe 17 gave exceptional service to us. He was attentive and polite. We ate risotto and mashed potato and had cold drinks. Was a good Sunday lunch and quiet elegant a**osphere. Temperature was comfortable and nice selection of food.

It was a beautiful experience at Taj Chandigarh , like always , staff was so warm and welcoming, great food and hospitality , looking forward to my stay next time in Chandigarh, Ajay was such a awesome host at the cafe , five star rating , city beautiful becomes even more beautiful with The Taj Chandigarh .

Another excellent Taj hotel. After an extremely warm welcome from the friendly, helpful staff in reception, we were shown to our comfortable room, attached to which was a well-stocked bathroom and shower room. Everything necessary was in our room; tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and TV. There was even a long mirror, for which the ladies in our lives are grateful. Our meals were taken in Cafe 17. There was plenty of choice and my wife, who is Gluten Free, was given full information on what was available which would not conflict with her diet. We only had one night here. This was not enough time and just wish it could have been longer.
