Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

Our bags placed in the wrong car we ended up being an hour late to airport and the staff did eventually find the bags in the car that took them, However, if we didn’t notice, we would’ve lost two bags and coming from the US. We had multiple bags with the family and it was fortunate that we were able to pinpoint that we were missing bags.

Amazing experience and great hospitality, could not have asked for more. Great welcome, was given free upgradation and an amazing surprise at the end with a bon-voyage cake. Could not have asked for more. It was an experience beyond my expectation.

First of all, i booked specifically room with a front city view & paid extra for it online, but you guys choose to gave me another room in the corner, when I confronted , lied to me that it got some rose garden view, my room was 336. The AC in the room was not working, please go check by yourself , then your washroom sucks big time. I’ll never visit this hotel again. When i pay rupees 10000 per room & compare with other hotels, this is my honest opinion!
