Put the sign on the bed to change bed sheet BUT never change ? ? ? Shower gel etc. also never top up ? ? ?

"i recently stayed at novotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Very disappointing. They don’t have any systems in place. Untrained staff. Wake me up to pay some food bill in the night.
