Chandigarh Hotels with Airport pickup service

My experience at this upscale hotel was marked by a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the iron in the rooms left black stains on two of my high-quality shirts, causing frustration, the reception staff offered a warm and friendly service that I truly appreciated. On the downside, the staff at Safran seemed less attentive, as I had to prompt them multiple times for orders and payment. When my client, who arrived slightly early, requested to be seated away from the noisy music area to facilitate conversation, it was disappointing that our request could not be accommodated. On the other hand, the breakfast offered a delightful variety and quality. However, the presence of a musician struggling to play the flute was notably irritating. The hotel's perfor***ce in some areas was not up to the expected standards for such a high-end establishment, leaving room for improvement in order to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

A nice hotel experience. Kind and considerable service, nice environment, clean and tidy, worth to go again. Good choice to stay no matter vacation or business. If next time there, definetly will go

I stayed at Novotel Chandigarh for 2 days it was very comfortable stay .very great location. The food was very delicious and my check in and check out was very smooth the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to t***na and Abhishek at the reception they took my check out very pleasant also I met a girl Anshika (cutie) at the lobby she was very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

One of my friend suggested me this hotel and I won't regret my decision we really enjoyed our stay and anshu*** was so nice in my check in Sandli from guest relation she was so sweet with my kids they really enjoyed whole stay was wonderful We will revisit again

This was the first time I stayed at the Taj in Chandigarh and it was the most wonderful stay. The rooms are super clean and staff extremely helpful and supportive. I like to chill out at Lava bar. The music was fantastic! Our only regret was that we were running late and so could only enjoy the music for 2 hours but everyone still had a fantastic time dancing away. Thank you DJ ROSHH for playing good music for us. Real feel of tajness. We love to came back again soo next time ..

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel price was pleasing. The room is large, the bed is too soft, it is a bit uncomfortable for people like me who like to sleep on a hard bed. But the hotel environment and conditions did not say.

Excellent customer services from the Room division and F&B Teams. Hotel is cozy and feels like you are in home. Everyone knows you by your name and strive for provide the best of them. One name to always remember is Rahul Sharma from the front desk. He ***age to resolve most detail request like helping me when I was sick, provided information to all my colleagues, arrange for room conform. He speak at least three languages, one of them Spanish, my primary language. We all feel very thankful with Rahul

I m super happy with my stay and I really appreciate mr. Kartik from resturant he is very helpful and provide us very good services during stay . Hotel is pretty good restaurant food also good but yes somehow I felt service was good after all great journey and best wishes for Mr kartik 😌 his future . Really nice and friendly person. I stayed @ Glades Hotel Chandigarh in Jan 2021 for 2 nights and again in Sep 2021 for 3 nights. I had booked single room being on solo business trip. The room was very small and compact (just 100 SQFT) but was fully equipped. Neat and clean. However all amenities were available. Reminds me of my hotel stays in Singapore. I loved their complimentary buffet breakfast which was well spread and sumptuous. Also very tasty. Moreover, the staff at restaurant was ever ready to offer additional items made on the order like omlet, dosa, paratha etc. without extra cost. The staff was very courteous, polite and always helpful. Will definitely stay there again for sure...................
