It is easy to get on the highway from the hotel.

The hotel is new and good

Room is clean, convenient for transit or late arrival, easy for check-in

This place is built with the quality of a fake barbie house. Down to beds that are worst then prison. You wont be able to cook cause thats extra. Want internet? Extra. Want sheets and towels ? Extra. Want debilitating back pain thats free. For this place being 2 years old. Its disgusting how greedy they have become. Don't give to them please

this hotel is deceptive in every way - hidden fees, cheap and sub standard in every way , lack of towels, $5 pillows, squeeky bed / mattress , noisy , scary and uncomfortable. for an inexpensive hotel - the woodspring suites are the Worst. failed to refund in a timely matter. making excuses to delay refunding for a terrible experience that was cancelled before the 2nd night

The most annoying is that beds are metal so when you move all the bed make a lot of noise, also you can hear everything from the next room. This hotel have a little kitchen but you have to bring everything if you want to use it.. it is not worth it to stay in this hotel.. But I can say that the hotel is clean

Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable.

Staff was quick and thorough. Room was clean, and quiet. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was so dirty, you could see the dirt and grime on the floor and the counter tops and desks. The bathroom tub and sink had hairs in them seems like someone went in to make sure the beds were done and just walked out. We were staying between March 20th to the 23rd and we left saturday at Noon front desk didnt even acknowledge us checking out early or asking why they just asked for the keys and left it at that. Poor service and poor upkeep.
