Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport

To start there was hardly ever anyone at the desk if we needed help. We showed up to our room and there was a fecal covered toilet paper on the floor next to the bed, food still in the fridge and the seat in the shower was covered in feces as well. We needed and extra blanket and they wouldn't give us one because we needed to give them one to get a new one but we needed another so that defeated the purpose. Same with towels they wouldn't answer the phone so we had to go down stairs just to be told the same thing. There were no shower amenities so when we got there we had to go to the front to get them (still no phone answer) The shower was nuts the shower curtain didn't go to the floor (accessibility shower I get it) but that meant that water went EVERYWHERE and when you have kids it was extra bad no lip to the shower so the water just goes out into the bathroom. Awful beds and comforters that were as thin as paper Will never stay here again

It was more of a hassle than the savings. If you want any items for your room with a kitchen you reserved, you have to request ALL items from the front desk (including hair dryers, and you have to bring down your dirty linen to exchange for fresh linen, don't forget you are responsible to take out your own trash at the end of each hallway prior to check out) which there is usually only one person on shift to attend to everything. Some of them don't even know you exist they don't look up to see who is coming or going. The breakfast is a joke. Packaged boiled eggs, fruit (orange/apple), granola bars and watered down coffee and package tea. watch out you will get lectured "one per person". This is the included breakfast not worth it. Only 1 young lady was helpful and kind to the customers. Everyone else looked stressed and not happy at their job. I was only there for 4 days but that was enough. This was our first experience at this brand and I can say without a doubt we will book elsewhere. We travel a lot and frequent Arizona and the more pop up hotels come in, the less personable it gets.

The room was very nice and comfortable. However they had minimal staff on hand to handle situations such as needing towels, making sure morning coffee was ready, and also were not very kind and didn't seem to have a good attitude to serve the customers.

Parking was easy, staff was friendly, room was so clean. It was a nice and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back.

Parking is open and free. Free wifi for guests. Rooms offered with mini kitchen, minus the things to actually us in the kitchen......that's an up charge. No daily cleaning while you actually stay there. You have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The "free breakfast" is coffee, granola bars, small yogurts and bananas/oranges. 😑

The room was clean. The breakfast minimal. A recliner, side chair and office chair were in the room which was appreciated. The rain-type shower was lovely but made rinsing off more difficult. There was no hair dryer but didn't investigate whether I could get one from the desk. Bed was comfortable and many fluffy pillows. The parking was free and convenient.
