Liked · Great hotel, large rooms, attentive staff. I stayed for a week, and staff readily assisted when asked. Room was clean and comfortable, LOVED the convenience of a fridge AND microwave AND coffee maker! Disliked · Hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms while I was there (inadvertent ordering issue). After asking a couple of times, one of the managers made a point to find some and had it delivered to my room (thank you!). Coffee is very important to travelers! One other minor complaint...I had to pay $5/day for hotel lot parking (never heard of that before!!)

Had an issue with my room but the front desk handled the situation well. There were someone else’s clothes handing in the closet from a previous guest. Called the front desk, asked if I wanted to be switched but let them know that I was heading out soon and could grab it then. Front desk staff very friendly at check in as well.

Nice hotel in very good location. Room is quite big and comfortable. Cleanness is good and people at reception are very kind. There is only a small Starbuck's corner inside the hotel. No restaurant In close proximity there are several restaurants, bars and shops, where you can have good meals. Price is very convenient

This Sonesta was a great value. Nothing fancy, but clean with a friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. I prefer a tub/shower combo, but made just a shower work. This is an ex Courtyard by Marriott to give you an idea of the layout. Great breakfast spot just out the front doors.
