Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center

Convenient location, close to 202 and 101. Good hot breakfast and menu changed slightly daily. The room was spacious, clean and had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The bathroom had a nightlight. The front desk staff was professional and nice. When I booked the hotel, it indicated it has a Business Center. The hotel sign also indicated there is a Business Center. However, there is none. I was expecting to use the hotel business center computers so this becomes very incontinence for me. You can still print (black & white) but not directly to the printer.

This place never disappoints had great service great breakfast and didn’t have to pay to park and that was nice

The room had a weird garlic smell. Parts of the wall in the bathroom was starting to peel. The hotel looks worn down. The staff the day I checked in was nice so there is that. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but don’t get your hopes up.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn, all the staff were very friendly. the room gave us exactly what we needed for our brief stay. Very clean. Especially appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion in the room. Loved the breakfast.

The room was clean, and comfortable, very quiet. Staff was super nice, friendly and accommodating. The night manager the night I checked in was especially great, even though it was after midnight.

Room was spacious and clean. Check-in was easy with gift bag. Was able to cancel 2nd day without charge due to unexpected circumstances.

Very nice hotel, seems well maintained and managed. Comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water flow in shower, lots of parking space, a nice breakfast, friendly staff, a comfortable first floor area where we could watch the games that were on at the time. I would only suggest placing a small microwave next to the coffee pots on the first floor. It would allow warming up a cup of coffee since it tends to cool down after a while sitting in the coffee containers.

The room was a nice size and the room was very very clean. The hotel lobby was really nice and the customer service was great
