I loved this hotel it’s in a great location in Arizona I felt safe with my kids the rooms and hotel are very nice and clean I have no complaints to be honest I booked here twice and if I’m ever in Phoenix again I’ll probably rebook this hotel I think the only thing it’s missing is a microwave

Room was clean and comfortable, stay was fine. Good option for a simple layover without any frills.

Clean room. Good/bad: close to freeway so don’t expect serene views. Great access to restaurants/coffee. Enough equipment in gym but the treadmills felt old and clunky.

The pool tends to be shaded by mid afternoon being in the centre of the hotel, so if you’re planning on suntanning you need to do it earlier in the day.

Good water pressure in shower. Internet was slow. Staff was great! Only issue was the blinds left a gap where sunlight came through.

This hotel has been renovated and is beautiful! Everything was comfortable and immaculately clean. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this enough!

Parking felt safe and easy. My room was clean . Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was too hot for sleep, 73F. The AC is centrally controlled and only goes down to 68, and the fan turns off intermittently regardless of the setting. The room never got down to the temp we set; the lowest it got down to was 71, high of 73. It was colder outside (56F) than in our room but the window DOES NOT OPEN. Dont stay here unless you want to be woken up by the loud fan shutting off and turning back on in the night, and sleeping in 73 degrees. We mentioned all of this to the front desk associate, and she barely acknowledged us.

The room was spotless & the staff was great. We would give them an excellent rating.
