Comfort Inn Chandler - Phoenix South I-10

Coffee and food could be improved few selections.

It’was good to me But wife is slow

A great and relaxing stay

I would not recommend this Comfort Inn. Typical hotel owned by Indian family. Moment you walk in they got Indian idols hanging on the wall. The entire property feels old, run-down, and poorly maintained. Our room had stains on both the mattress/bed area and the couch, and the window was actually cracked/broken. There were also damaged or poorly maintained fixtures in the room. These are basic things that should be addressed before putting a guest in the room. Breakfast wasn’t any better. The eggs looked old and dried out, and the sausage didn’t look fresh or appetizing. The breakfast area itself may look presentable from a distance, but the quality of the food was disappointing. I understand this is a budget hotel and I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, but there’s a difference between basic and neglected. A hotel room should at least be clean, properly maintained, and have an intact window. This property is definitely overdue for some serious maintenance and updating.

Overall things were fine at this hotel. It's a bit run down, but breakfast was consistent. Our last day, after being at the ER with a sick kid until 5am, we had hoped to sleep until just before checkout time. But our hopes were ruined when we were woken by housekeeping carding into the room at 8:45am. Frustrating that we couldn't take advantage of the time to sleep after being awake all night because housekeeping decided to "check" on the room before checkout time.

This was a fantastic stay, room was quiet, comfy and very relaxing. 10/10 recommend this place. Friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast was great and I had no issues.

Night shift front desk employee was kind of rude; in the morning at checkout front desk lady was friendly but her manager is so mean.

The room was never cleaned once we checked in. They only emptied the one trash can and leave towels. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. Since the tub was not cleaned I almost fell due to the buildup of shampoo and conditioner as the tub didn’t drain properly.

Excellent staff very friendly clean bed was amazing comfortable clean breakfast was good all in all I give it a 10
