It is a relatively good resort hotel. The hotel has been newly renovated. The internal structure can still be seen as an old building. The hotel is clean and beautiful. You can drive there by yourself or take a taxi.

One of the best hotels I've been to! I went because I was attracted to the spa, but I came out because I fell in love with other activities. Outdoor swimming is great, including tennis and golf.

We had a one night break and from the time of arrival to our departure were impressed with the excellent service. Lovely grounds to sit in and an excellent meal at Madus (the Indian restaurant). The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have experienced with explanations to deal with any dietary requirements. Lovely game of golf with good service at the Clubhouse , shown practice area and beautiful course. If it was possible to put 6stars I would have!!!

Sono appena arrivato e scrivo la recensione subito perché è uno shock. penso mi abbiano dato la peggiore camera dell’hotel la n 291 una schifezza non degna di un hotel di questo genere . Viaggio molto e posso dire che questa è la peggiore camera che ho visto negli ultimi 20 anni in un hotel di qualsiasi tipo 1) Per arrivare alla camera e’ un viaggio e i bagagli te li devi portare da solo 2) Finestra dietro al letto coperta da tende : mai visto una cosa del genere 3) bagno sporco 4) situata proprio sopra il parcheggio Veramente una schifezza non ho altre parole per definire l’esperienza

We went to afternoon tea at feast on cloud 9 for a retirement party. Fantastic photo opportunity but that’s where it ends. Dreadful service, poor quality food, dried up sandwiches, sweating cakes and scones so dry even the ducks would have turned them down. overpriced drinks and apparently no ‘tap water, we don’t have a tap’. Worse still an email sent in a week ago to both cloud 9 and the grove itself and so far, no response. Over £500 for 6 of us - what a Waste of money. Don’t do it. Just take the photos then go somewhere else.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, surroundings, food drinks all perfect and the staff were all so lovely and extremely helpful. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and we will be back.
