I did prepaid for hotel before check-in and let me check me with no problem. However I found my card is being charged for the room afterwards with no reason. It’s unbelievable. I am now challenging hotel why this happens. Really disappointed as this creates many jobs for me.

Excellent facility and location but it would have been very nice to have telephone in the rooms to be able to make requests. The bathroom/shower room (for the club room as in my case) needs to have shower curtains or door to prevent the water coming out when taking your shower. Apart from that, excellent facilities and AMAZING Breakfast and dinner.

The noise of the gym can be heard throughout the hotel. Unfortunately I had a 2nd floor room so it was worse than ever. It’s a 24hr gym so you can hear weights being dropped throughout the night but it’s the loud music upto 10pm and from 6am for the classes which is so loud you have to turn your tv up in your room. After self check in allocated me this floor I found a staff member to change rooms but unfortunately Iwas told the hotel was full. Parking was a little difficult but found a space after waiting 10 mins. The 5 EV charging points were just slow 7kw and were constantly full due to the time it takes to charge. No glasses in your room for a drink. Room nice and modern and grill serves good food. Just a shame earplugs should be provided to all those staying.

Dirtiest room ever, we complained at desk giving them the opportunity to clean the room all they did was spray air freshener. Hence we did not shower in morning. Another tip we downloaded the special offer for 25% off food and drinks. When it came to pay he said the code wasn’t working, then he said we had used it, then eventually said we had to be members of the gym club. Now since it amounted to a discount of nearly £40 we insisted we were not paying until it was sorted he just wanted us to pay and claim it back. After us insisting he eventually managed to give the discount.
