房間打掃不乾淨，衞生間異味重，waifai信號特別差，晚上電視看不了，入住幾天都不給你打掃，一點不打掃，備品也不給，前台有個黃頭髮客服，天天拉拉個臉，個人儀容儀錶都沒有，頭髮全是油，二樓服務員，進出看見都是在那個沙發凳子上吃飯，味道特別大，真是把單位當成家了，早餐都是冰鎮的，主食全是冰鎮的，沒法吃，早餐餐廳幾乎就是零上幾度，比外邊冷多了，問餐廳服務員為什麼飯菜是涼的，回答説那就別吃唄，我真是呵呵，這麼經營下去，一鎚子買賣早晚做到頭
