Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance.

Had an excellent stay. The room offered a wide-open view with beautiful scenery right outside the window. The hotel environment was incredibly quiet, which helped wash away all my travel fatigue. Our stay was incredibly heartwarming, especially traveling with a little one. I anticipated a lot of inconveniences, but to my surprise, the hotel had everything meticulously considered in advance. After checking in, we found that the room was thoughtfully prepared with kids' slippers – the perfect size and soft material, which my child found very comfortable. They also thoughtfully provided a small children's pillow, just the right height to suit a child's sleeping habits, ensuring my little one slept soundly through the night. What truly delighted me was finding a bed rail already installed in the room. I no longer had to worry about my child rolling off the bed at night, bringing immediate peace of mind as a parent. It really shows that the hotel's service isn't just superficial; they genuinely empathize with families traveling with children. These subtle details truly highlight the staff's attentiveness and consideration. Overall, the living experience was comfortable and pleasant, with incredibly detailed service and a warm atmosphere throughout. our experience here was very good.. we enjoyed our stay.. and the staff were friendly and vwry helpful... the rooms were very beautiful and very comfortable.. the hotel location is really good. ot is nearby lot of attraction and there are lot of restaurant where you can eat local foods.. will recommend this hotel and will hope to come back again..

The room amenities were excellent, and it was very clean. The mattress and pillows were perfect for sleeping; I had great quality sleep every night I stayed. The service was also exceptional, and there's a gym. They even offer a late-night snack at 9:30 PM.

The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free and experienced the laundry service. I was very satisfied and will book again next time.

The hotel room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. During my stay, there was a promotion where I got a free pillow. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the WeChat customer service was always quick to respond. The laundry room had 5 washer-dryer machines, and the staff even folded my clothes and delivered them to my room, which was super convenient. A big thanks to the guy who helped me carry a bunch of packages upstairs on the evening of February 14th. I really hope the prices don't go up in the future. I definitely don't want to go to the one on Hongqi Street! 😂

February 28th. The New Year holiday is over, and I'm about to embark on my return journey. During the 11-hour journey, I suddenly thought about the hotel I stayed at last night, and I had many feelings. 1. Location: Very close to Changchun West Railway Station. I personally chose this Atour Hotel online because of its location. Now I recommend it to friends traveling to or from Changchun West. 2. Service: During my one-night stay, every staff member I encountered was very warm and polite. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone greeted me warmly. From the hot tea upon entering to the efficient check-in process and the thoughtful answers to various questions, everything made me feel very comfortable. 3. Facilities: Because this Atour Hotel is relatively new, all the facilities are very new and user-friendly. The TV in the room displays a welcome message with the member's name and shows the number of available washing machines and dryers. The mattress, pillows, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and other amenities are clean and comfortable. 4. Breakfast: A wide variety of options, and the taste is good. In short, among the many hotels I've stayed in, this Atour left a very good impression on me. The initial sadness of leaving my hometown was somewhat soothed by Atour and its staff. Thank you so much. These are my personal feelings; they may not be comprehensive, but they are certainly genuine. Highly recommended!!! Oh, and they even gave me a gift bag when I left!

This hotel is newly opened and is currently the only Atour 4.0 in Changchun. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The pillows were very comfortable, and I slept great both nights. On the first night, there was an issue with the heating in the room's AC, and when I reported it to the front desk, they promptly moved me to another room. We also requested a humidifier and an air purifier, which they quickly provided. The breakfast was good; the wonton noodles made specially by the chef on the first day were delicious, but on the second day, with a different chef, it was just ordinary noodles. Overall, it was a very good two-night stay.
