People at front desk not speak English well and they can’t help too much. Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

Very happy with this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, easily handling our language barrier and were prepared to handle the necessary foreigner paperwork. The rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, and spacious and housekeeping is generous in ensuring there are adequate consumables. There are restaurant options nearby, nice views of the river, and it’s really easy to hire a car to get around Changde.

I really like the room I stayed in this time. It is very quiet. Outside the window is the community behind with a lot of green plants. The location is excellent, and the high-speed rail station is right outside. The room attendant is also very good and thoughtfully prepared welcome snacks. The room does not require an electricity card. The curtains open automatically when you enter the room. The soft big bed is very comfortable. The stay experience is very good. It gives me a home to rest at ease during the trip. It's great😺

出差經過常德在攜程上看見了這個酒店覺得挺不錯的，然後抱着試一試的心態來到了這個酒店，一進門前台小姐姐就面帶微笑的迎接我，真的非常不錯，本來奔波了一天都特別累了，看見小姐姐的微笑感覺人都輕鬆了不少，給我送了一份常德特色米粉到房間，還很貼心的提醒我負一樓有健身房憑房卡免費健身，二樓有洗衣房可以免費自助洗衣服這裏很安靜，很適合我們這種出差需要好好休息的人，下次來常德出差的首選。

Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.

The only disadvantage is that the bed is relatively soft, and the elderly did not sleep well. I don’t know if the air conditioner was turned off at night. It feels a bit cold in the morning. 3. The hotel lobby provides free drinks and snacks, which is good! 4. Breakfast is on the 24th floor, with snacks, fruits, noodles, dishes, milk, etc., which are relatively rich and have a large choice. This must be praised 👍, and the taste is also good. 5. There is a free parking lot. It should be noted that parking at the entrance of the hotel is charged. Go straight and turn right. If you come to the hotel, turn left for more than 20 meters and enter the underground parking lot. Hygiene: It is relatively clean. Accommodation should be like this. If it is not clean, there is no mood to stay. Environment: We stayed on the 17th floor of the hotel. The surroundings are very open. It is close to the pedestrian street, the poetry wall, and the riverside, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is also very quiet. Service: I must give a thumbs up. The waiter will greet us carefully when we check in and go out. Let me tell you one thing. After we left, the waiter took the initiative to contact us and mailed it for processing. This is really good. The service is always considerate.

There is a certain distance from the highway intersection, because it is the first day of the New Year, many stores have not opened, and finally dinner at a restaurant opened by Chongqing people near the hotel. The room facilities are not too new, the breakfast is average, and it is okay. Unfortunately, because it is the New Year, I did not eat the famous Changde cuisine.

Free room upgrade upon arrival, and the front desk enthusiastically recommends routes and delicious food. The hotel is located on the bank of Liuye Lake. It is very convenient to reach various attractions in the city, and the response to taxis in the surrounding area is very fast. It's a good travel experience.

It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster... All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.
