The trash can was not dumped, I stayed in so many hotels. The first time I saw a hotel without a hair dryer, there were towels and bath towels that were hard to wipe the skin off. The service attitude was very good. The boss was also very good. The facilities were not very good.

I deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free. Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.

I went to Changde with my family on the weekend. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Lao Ximen and Wuling Pavilion. The hotel service is friendly and taxis are very convenient. The hygiene is also very good. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious.

The best hotel in Dingcheng. We went home for the Spring Festival this year and stayed at Hilton, which gave us a big surprise.
The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded us to a lake view room.
The room was well heated, with new facilities, two single beds and a sofa. The laundry and drying facilities on the 15th floor were also very good, and the fitness equipment next to it was also good.
The view outside the window was also very beautiful, with the lake view of Yangming Lake and Fairy Lake being top-notch. The snow scene in the picture was taken on the first day of stay. If you arrive a day earlier, you can probably see heavy snow.
Hilton is really guaranteed!

GGuest UserCheck-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!

The room was clean and tidy. It looked very comfortable. It was all intelligent. At night, the robot also delivered fruit. I was really interested. Later, I accidentally ate the takeaway and soiled my clothes. The waiter came over and took the clothes to the laundry room to wash and dried them. The service staff were very enthusiastic and trustworthy throughout the season.

I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster...
All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

AAndreaThe window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required.
