在小長山島最西邊的小山上，海景很漂亮，早上和晚上可以趕海，海星，小螃蟹很多。
有雙體帆船等水上項目，適合家庭遊玩

離港口開車得半小時，提前聯繫老闆搭酒店車，房間環境衞生一般般，但算島上不錯的，帆船出海，漿板很好玩～中午的海鮮自助一般，晚上燒烤不錯，最好自備些好吃的～

整體比較滿意，具體如下：
1.由於到的比較早，但溝通後上午8點多就辦理了入住，這點必須贊下👍
2.房間比較大，乾淨整潔，車可以停在門前，很方便。
3.早餐樣式豐富，在長山島吃的最好的早餐。晚餐也挺豐富，就是有點小貴。

衞生還好吧，但是環境太差了，所謂的山海別墅就是一個集裝箱房，loft，留下的沙發床也沒有準備被褥，而且淋浴區的下水道一直堵一直堵。
距離市區很遠很遠，沒有共享的電瓶車，每次去市區都要打車，50元一口價。
自助餐128一個人，奇貴無比，而且吃生蠔和扇貝還限量。
最最最奇葩的是，我們7個人，竟然去港口坐船也沒有人送。
我給前台打電話，原話是，我們衹有9點11點這兩個班車，其他時間去碼頭就要自己叫車，我們定的12點50的船，我説我們人多，送一次行嗎，竟然説不行，太奇葩了，永遠都不會去。

酒店本身規模還是很大的，早餐的種類也很豐富，硬件設施也還不錯。但沙灘本身都是碎石而不是細沙，而海草堆積的岸邊散發出的腥臭實在是不敢恭維。酒店日落的景色不錯。酒店提供接送碼頭的服務，前台人員的服務也不能説是不好：很熱情地電話提前通知到前台等車，可是帶着行李辛苦地走到了高處的前台，卻告知要拉回到底下的泳池邊…

住慣了各種度假村的我來説，真的挺一般的，非常一般，房子是活動板房，整個度假區全是鐵皮和亞克力，人工草皮是什麼鬼，雜草叢生又是啥，餐廳味道太難吃了。啥都有，啥感覺都不對，勸退。
