酒店位置還不錯，應該是屬於大小長山島中間的位置，出門就是公交站，3路可以去長海機場方向，1路貫穿大小長山島，還是很方便的。然後出門一百米就是沙灘和海，真的不錯，地理位置沒的説。衞生方面，中規中矩，還是比較不錯的，被子確實很舒服很軟，就是房間有些許異味，不知道是不是老闆説的剛裝修施工的原因。服務的話，説實話第一天和老闆溝通，**這臉冷的，整得我慌兮兮的，但續房刷房卡什麼的隨叫隨到。唯一的缺點吧，一個是隔音，隔音挺一般的，第一晚一直在聽隔壁屋幾個學生嘮嗑，第二天中午午睡一直聽外面施工聲以及晚上老闆嗑瓜子的聲音，還有一個是房門，房門的第二道鎖沒法上，仔細看了下是鎖和門上的槽位置沒對上，就一直是拿了個凳子抵在門上。總體來説，這個價位的性價比還是比較高的，還有長山島也值得一來。

還可以吧，二樓房間衞生環境都可以，房間稍微小了點。美中不足門鎖壞了，從外邊鎖不上，還好衹有我們一家入住，沒其他人出入。

我定的是家庭房，首先衞生條件可以，有一次性的牙膏牙刷，拖鞋，沒有洗頭沐浴液，因為自己帶了我也沒向老闆要，整體我還算滿意，但是就是前台的小哥哥和小姐姐不是很熱情，我去了一天衹看到一次小哥哥，經常性沒人，但是小姐姐在的時候我問過幾次問題，倒也能熱情的回答，也不是經常在前台，出來進去也不會打招呼，酒店離海邊很近，過一個馬路就是，趕海還是很方便的，周圍有幾家小吃和早餐，超市，還算可以總體還是滿意的，如果老闆在熱情一點，能主動問候一下我覺得客人會更滿意的，畢竟遊客都喜歡温馨熱情的笑臉

位置離民生廣場比較近，出門不遠就能看到海，不過畢竟是縣級城市，設施有點陳舊，老闆人很好，我們住的邊上，房間比較安靜。
