服務員跟不上，早上9點告知清掃，傍晚回來沒清掃，問過後告訴清掃了，讓其進屋看看，告訴説忘記了，人手不夠用，給送來一大堆東西，直接堆在洗手間架上
床硬的要死，和睡鋼板一樣！讓服務員多拿來一床被鋪在下面，把長者睡的腰痠背疼生了病，定了2間房3晚，因為長者在酒店病了要提前一天離店，無論如何溝通，還是扣了一天房費！説是走了就賣不出去了，沒客人預訂……真是無語

房間寬敞，一家四口入住無壓力，游泳池也不錯。就是設施有點老了，另外客房服務人員如果能堅持每天更換毛巾就更好了，畢竟號稱島上五星標準，而且有泳池每天都需要的

房間挺大的 海景房景色不錯 早上可以直接看到海上日出
房間價格不便宜 但是服務並不適配 而且早餐非常一般 後面幾天都沒去吃了

比較老舊，衞生很一般，大地還不到位，設施還可以，但是就是臟，下水道反味嚴重，廁所不乾淨特別老舊。很適合拍照。

從沒住過這麼差的五星，房間的洗手盆都是裂開的，早飯難吃，而且不衞生，兩個人吃完都拉肚子了，服務基本沒有，房間衹有兩瓶水，再要水要自己買，快捷酒店都不會這麼小氣，洗浴用品衹有洗髮水和沐浴液，1200塊錢一晚真的不如去住民宿了，有考慮入住的朋友一定要慎重。

入住率沒達到，給免費升級了房型。裝潢很高大上。風景也不錯。可惜服務跟不上，前台服務員也不是那麼熱情，要個塑料袋都不給找，有些冷漠。早餐糟糕，蒼蠅滿天飛，根本控制不住，擺放在展台的餐食基本都被蒼蠅沾染過，倒胃口。食物種類也很少，每天兩個炒菜，都不換樣，炒白菜和炒木耳。還有遊客帶着狗入住酒店在餐廳吃早餐。房間的衞生也糟糕，上一個遊客在衞生間抽煙，一地煙灰，用過的洗髮水瓶子也放在浴室。哎，白瞎這麼好的硬件設施。
