第一：旅遊環島公路一路心曠神怡、位置也很好找、跟着導航就到了、停車方便！ 第二：室內温馨、坐在客廳就能看到大海 ，室內空氣流通好、房東很貼心每個房間都備有滅蚊液 第三 ：廚房用品一應俱全 且很乾凈 第四 ：衞生間整潔無異味、還準備了一次性坐便墊，洗衣液 等 第五：冰箱內潔凈無異味 這些細節足以説明房東很用心貼心 第六：，出門不用開車 步行即到沙灘、海水湛藍 清透 貝殼 石頭 都很好看、小眾海景沒有人從眾、這種感覺極度舒適！ 這次帶着90歲高齡的外婆自駕出遊、這個房間家人很滿意、下次還會再來！

由於去的時候碰上大風大雨，所以海景房沒能真正體驗到。訂了多套房，可住6人二室户的海景房條件設施都不錯，住2人的頂樓海景房、住2人的非海景房，也就是一室户性價比都不高，雖然房間蠻大的，乾淨也可以，但衞生間設施陳舊，洗澡水不熱，沒法洗澡，雖然後續服務尚可，但總體住得不是很舒服。

不懂是不是住的3樓樓層低、衞生間一直有一股廁所下水道的味！放的刮鬍刀包裝袋也發黴了、洗浴用品架還有別人用剩的沐浴露和刮鬍刀刀頭！
