Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

All facilities were stopped and there was no prompt when booking a room. The shuttle buses and trains in the park were all stopped, and there was no prompt for booking a room. There is nothing there, so traveling depends on walking. Most of the shops are closed, so if you arrive after two o'clock, you will have a hard time eating. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this. The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time. Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it. The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive. The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much. Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

It is really an excellent location. Let's talk about the shortcomings: 1. The hotel is in a large community. When entering the community, it was stopped. The hotel did not file the license plate for the customer in advance, so it was impossible to enter. The on-site verification with the hotel caused a crowd of vehicles behind, which was very embarrassing. I went out to eat dinner in the community at night, and I couldn't enter again after I came back. The guard said that the number of valid entries and exits was limited to one time... Then I took out the room card as evidence and re-registered before entering. Active service must keep up, and it must be consistent with the design level to be perfect. 2. Although the room type is good, the sound insulation is a flaw. The content played on the TV in the next room can be clearly heard in the room. The guests in the next room talked about the participants in the meeting, and they could hear who was attending... 3. Although the large French windows are good, the courtyard door is a must-go to the lobby and the beach. It is too dark when the curtains are drawn, and everyone can see without the curtains... It is recommended to plant some green plants at the fence of the small courtyard to play a decorative and shielding role. 4. When you check in at the hotel, you will get a private follow-up service from the hotel, including three photos. Each photo other than the three will be charged at 40 yuan. If you give a five-star review... two more photos will be given... I suddenly felt that this hotel was a bit too playful... If the service industry provides good service, repeat customers will naturally come in an endless stream. Those ”human relations” will affect your own development and the customer experience.

The overall decoration of the farmyard is very good, very clean, and the meal ordered is not bad, but obviously there is a group purchase meal that can not be used, can be a single point, okay, I am too lazy to care about it, so it is boring... In short, even if the hardware is good overall, I will not choose next time. Would not recommend friends.

Although it is a hotel in the county, there is no need to expect too much in terms of facilities. On the other hand, the simple and down-to-earth service of the people in Changli is enough to make up for the lack of hardware, and can still leave you with good memories.
