優點是位置很好 就在海岸邊 下樓出大門就是沙灘 周邊配套也比較全 吃喝用住一應俱全 離各種景點也都不遠 打車都在10公里範圍內 缺點是房屋是高層公寓 年頭有點長 各種設施老舊 衞生一般 人流高峯電梯緊張 不過在假期內這個價錢也湊合吧
