房間確實比較老了，牆面斑駁，但是因為對此有心理預期，所以並不挑剔，畢竟是為了草坪和沙灘來的。
重點在於，酒店服務實在跟不上！
餐廳門口的服務員語氣生硬，抬頭挺胸不正眼看人；晚餐自助服務員端着託盤在餐廳裏走來走去又不收盤子，在幹嘛呢？；晚餐咖啡機沒有牛奶，問服務員有沒有牛奶，回答説沒有，我説哪怕您給我杯里倒一點牛奶都可以，回答説經理説了晚餐咖啡就是沒有牛奶，衹有早餐有。168一位的晚餐，菜品不多也就罷了，甚至不願為顧客打開一盒牛奶。emm以後還是三亞吧

房間確實有點點舊，不過我們一般也不在房間裏，楚庭管家很好。隨時都可以回覆，有啥問題都及時可以給我回復。因為孩子晚上有點鬧覺，提前一天走了，管家也及時幫忙處理

首先早餐非常非常拉垮 我從沒有在五星級酒店吃的這麼差 甚至三星水平都達不到 早餐水平比之前嚴重縮水 包子全部速凍 培根香腸沒有 如果香腸是100%澱粉加色素添加劑批發 五毛錢一根的東西叫香腸 那就請採購的人多吃點 最值錢的估計就是雞蛋了 有一個蘿蔔燉牛腩 打開之後都是蘿蔔和雞骨頭架子 選擇套房海洋的避雷3216這個房間號 隔音等同於零 正對着電梯 非常吵鬧 也就是所有人都會經過你的房間 你腦補一下 最逗的是沙灘躺椅收費 我沒聽説過這種海濱度假酒店對自家住宿客人躺椅收費的 你收點就得了 269元四個小時是什麼鬼 以前非常喜歡的酒店 從疫情前甚至到疫情 每年幾乎都住 估計這是最後一次了 不會再來 早餐哪怕多收錢 你提高水準 我都認了 希望酒店別自砸招牌 本來放開之後選擇餘地就非常大 這次放開之後來我一整個大無語
