管家楚婷服務很有耐心

房間連空調都沒有，冷得要死，打前台電話義正嚴辭的説在保養，沒空調。沒有辦法送來一個電暖器，結果嗡嗡的響，都不敢用。第二天吃早餐後回房間，結果門把手上掛了一下不知道誰的衣服，打客服電話是送錯房間了，訂的房間含的一個什麼莊園門票，問前台説不知道，讓我問攜程，我定的你們酒店，你們不知道？

酒店環境很美，出門就是海灘，有專屬管家，管家王露很細心耐心，不厭其煩的回答問題，還免費幫忙升級了海景房，管家絕對是五星好評。 唯獨覺得酒店配套設施不全，小孩玩的太少，而且都是付費項目，除了海沒有什麼其他的可以玩

很滿意，特別表揚保安部王鴻信及保安部全體人員，工作熱情高，服務到位，非常感謝他們對父母的幫助，幫忙送外賣，跑了好幾趟

房間位置不錯，面朝大海，今天早上還看見了海上日出，特別美麗。客廳還有一個小陽台，可以坐在陽台上欣賞海景。

很一般，酒店離海灘很近，但是不能進入阿那亞，房間陽台很好，能看海上日出，餐廳食品種類太少，配不上這個價格，很潦草，早到了一點不能提前入住，房間地上有沙子，不推薦

The hotel check-in hall is messy and crowded. The room can only be ready at 3 pm. Getting the room card to the room is really a roundabout way. After turning around, I was very disappointed when I entered the room. I felt that this should not have been a hotel before. It was changed to the current appearance and decorated. There are hairs everywhere on the ground. Most of the furniture is made of wood with barbs. The hygiene is really... Later I found out that there are owners here. It feels a bit chaotic~ Not to mention hotel service~ The table lamp in the room is still broken~ I called and changed it~ There is no USB charging. It cannot be provided when asked. You need to rent the charging equipment yourself. Mineral water is provided for free 2 bottles every day. You have to pay for it. Then the pillow is even more indescribable. The price is not cheap. It is really not worth it... Not recommended. And the sound insulation is very poor~ The hotel breakfast is relatively simple~ The children eat well~ It’s just that there are many people and chaos during peak hours~ The balcony is said to have a sea view~ But the tree occupies most of it~ There is a green lawn outside the hotel and the beach is nice for children to play. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.
