The room was very good, but the toilet seat was stained. I wiped it myself. Ctrip checked in early, but there was nothing I could do about it before the room was vacated. I had to swipe a card to enter the toilet downstairs. I couldn't use it until I checked in. I called again after three o'clock to ask when I would check in. Shouldn't I send my stored luggage in if there is a room?

This is the second time we have booked Yishang Hotel. The corridors of the hotel are clean and tidy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the surrounding environment is beautiful, especially the spiral staircase. It is very special. The children like to take pictures there. There is a fitness room, providing guests with a good place to do sports. Nearby traffic is also convenient, there are big shopping malls nearby, no matter what food or travel, it is ideal, it is worth going again!

I didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always
