It was my first time in Changsha. I stayed at Ramada twice. I booked a standard room. The front desk saw that I was with my child and upgraded it to a parent-child room for free. They were very polite and gave my child a gift, which made my child very happy. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very good and considerate. When I checked out and was going to the high-speed rail station, I was about to call a Didi taxi. The front desk asked if I had made an appointment for the station drop-off service. It was so considerate. I said I didn’t have an appointment, but it was still in time. She immediately called the driver. Fortunately, the driver happened to be there, so he took us to the high-speed rail station. The driver was very polite and took the initiative to help me put my suitcase. It was a really good accommodation experience. The only regret was that I didn’t know the name of the front desk and didn’t say thank you solemnly. I will call to thank her after I get home.

Everything else is pretty good, except that the declared 2.4-meter large bed is actually only 2 meters long. When I asked the front desk for an explanation, there are two room types, one is the 2-meter room I stayed in, and the other is the 2.4-meter room with two beds put together. , when I booked the room, I was looking for a 2.4-meter large bed, but it turned out to be only 2 meters. The room type was different and they didn’t explain it to me when booking the room. If I didn’t find out, I would have been fooled. I will use this comment as a follow-up.
