Fantastic boutique hotel with very spacious room & top services. I asked for extension of checking out time, I was given till 2pm… when I failed to reach the hotel in time, the reception called me to extend till 3pm even though I only asked for another 30min. Also, I’ve arrived earlier during check in, they didn’t ask me to wait and even given me an upgrade for free. Fantastic price as well for what I get. There’s a separate spa just located below the hotel in the same building. Very convenient location as well.

酒店位置便利，旺中帶靜，離地鐵站小吃街都很近.靠近萬達廣場和潮宗街，吃喝玩樂都很方便.前台小姐姐們都很熱情主動還給小孩升級早餐👍👍👍退房後可以幫忙把行李送到高鐵站，對還有半天行程的我們實在太友好了！

Our second stay in Changsha in ths hotel. First stay was 2 nights and our second stay was 3 nights. Great location, clean, tidy and spacious. They have the staffs that are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Good and delicious Chinese and Western buffet breakfast. Highly recommended to stay here. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Just love this place.....
