這間全季酒店距離梅溪湖也很近，然後環境很好，周圍可以去散個步。然後服務人員的服務態度都很好，早餐米粉還是很滿意的。周圍有商圈可以去逛逛。

衞生很好，服務也好，在走廊電梯見到的員工都會主動問好！還送了小木梳和護手霜作為伴手禮。
洗衣房也很棒，有人幫忙把洗好烘乾的衣服疊整齊裝起來，太省心了！
唯一需要改進的可能就是早餐了，早餐碳水太多，希望增加一些肉呀之類的菜。

可以説這是一次徹底改我對全季選擇態度的住宿體驗。首先是入住辦理，我説了不要尾房，告訴我我的高級大床房房型衹有尾房，商務房滿了，降一般大床也不行；其次是有住宿電梯跟商務樓共享，裏面很臟，且沒有安全控制；再者是房間浴室沒有地巾，震驚的是我電話問告訴我用普通毛巾即可，難道我們酒店擦臉的毛巾就是做地巾踩？還有早餐隨便拿哪個咖啡杯都是臟的，殘留的咖啡在中間一圈。還有就是浴室門對着馬桶，馬桶門打開就無法用洗手枱，空間設計明明夠，這是故意刁難住客嗎？多不説了，上圖。
