However, upon arrival, it wasn't as bad as the reviews made it out to be; it was actually quite good and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is generally clean, and breakfast is also good. The young lady at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded my room for free when she saw I had a child with me. The room service was also excellent; I took some clothes to the laundry room to dry, and when I went back to pick them up, they had already been bagged for me. For this price, this hotel and its service are definitely worth it! My only observation is that some people who don't seem to be guests use the elevators to access the mahjong rooms on the fifth floor. Overall, I give it a good rating.
