I arrived early to check in, but there were no rooms available. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my room for free. They really thought of everything and asked if I needed anything. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent too. The Nankoulu subway station, which is also the entrance to the pedestrian street, is just 50 meters downstairs. The location is really good. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out.

This is my third time in Changsha, and I chose a newly opened hotel. Honestly, it was the best stay out of all three visits! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the design. I stayed for four days, and whenever I had a request in the room, the front desk was immediately responsive. Really impressive! 🥺

Very instagramable hotel. Good location with metro station right in front of the hotel. The staff very helpful too. Definitely worth the money paid. Just probably you will be surprised with the exterior of the building, interior is fine.
