The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt, and any issues were resolved quickly. The front desk had a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator available for use, which was very convenient. The environment was also very good.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I had to nitpick, it would be that there are only sofas, no chairs, but this doesn't bother us since we don't need to work. If you do need to work, you can ask the front desk for more information. Cleanliness: Very clean, no dust or bugs. The bedding is also very comfortable and clean. It's so comfortable to watch TV while lying down 😊 The room provides disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners (bathtub liners are chargeable). Environment: Very close to the subway station, you can even go directly from the underground parking garage. This building is quite tall, with elevators for different floors. Many small hotels are located here, but the signage is very clear. There are many restaurants downstairs, and ordering takeout is very convenient as it can be delivered directly to your door. The high floor offers a great view. Service: Excellent. The butler responded to messages very promptly, and the front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room 👍 They also brought us water upon check-out. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

整體很不錯，酒店在高層比較安靜，就是衹有兩台電梯高峯期要等。下樓就是培元橋地鐵站很方便，一站就到五一廣場。房間設施很新電視是小米的可以投屏很方便，馬桶是自動的可以加熱，自動沖水。唯一不足就是洗手盆水龍頭還有花灑有很多水漬，看起來不太舒服。其他沒什麼問題，希望改進！

這家酒店讓我對長沙的初次印象較好，位置坐落於商圈中心，打開外賣首頁基本上能吃到長沙最具特色的美食，很適合獨自旅行的人，不用排隊去堂食。 由於提前確定了自己的旅遊路線，不然會在這幾天再多住幾晚～ 衞生：衞生間馬桶乾淨、床鋪整潔 服務：酒店人員有貼心服務

整體環境和服務都非常不錯 錯峯出行來的 地理位置優越 樓下就是地鐵站 一站到五一廣場 步行10分鐘就到潮宗街 性價比拉滿 房間打掃的也很乾凈 設施設備也好 電視還是小米的 屏幕很大 還有洗衣機可以洗衣服 最主要的是還是帶烘乾的 主要床品也很舒服 睡的很好 很舒服 在43樓窗外景色也很好👍

房間入住很滿意啊，其他服務也很好，雖然説不是獨棟的樓層，但是這層樓裝修不錯，而且事業也很好，前台洗衣機，微波爐都是有的，也有冰箱m

酒店視野好、環境好，房間乾淨衞生，這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店位置很好，出行吃飯都方便。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨，枕頭軟硬適中，躺下很快就能入睡。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質在線。房間採光通風都不錯，空調靜音不吵人，WiFi網速穩定。前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房速度很快，保潔阿姨態度也很好。整體安靜不嘈雜，性價比超高，下次來還會選這家，強烈推薦！

非常不錯，地理位置非常好，就在地鐵口，去哪裡也很近，就在商圈附近，樓下有美食街，一百多的價格還有江景，當時我衹訂了一晚，擔心是照騙，結果看了房間以後立馬續房了
