The hotel staff provided excellent service, helping us arrange a room with a river view and giving us a very detailed explanation of the room. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower head worked perfectly. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym and laundry room. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which made exploring the area so much easier! 😎

The hotel is right by the Xiang River, and the location is fantastic. You get an amazing view of the river and the city lights. It's absolutely stunning at night when all the lights come on. The service is also top-notch; check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the room was meticulously cleaned. All in all, this place offers great views, comfort, and excellent value for money. Staying here is truly worth it.

However, the hotel's service is genuinely excellent; they promptly fulfill requests, and every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. The hotel's location is outstanding, very close to major business districts and within walking distance. Breakfast was also decent, with a good variety of choices, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious.
