The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

This Poly Orange Isle Noa Hotel in Changsha was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk is on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable. I could even see Chairman Mao's statue right from my room! The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. It's super convenient to get around, with a subway station right downstairs. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The location is also excellent – the subway entrance is right downstairs, and it's only about 2 kilometers from the city center. Facilities: Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Service: The excellent service made the whole trip much more comfortable. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and the guest service manager handled issues promptly and efficiently, which is a huge plus! I look forward to staying here again next time!

Came for a short weekend trip to Orange Isle and stayed at the Poly Orange Isle Noya Hotel for two nights straight – and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The most pleasant surprise was the dedicated butler service; it was superb. They called ahead to confirm our needs and thought of every little detail. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a family to relax. The location is excellent, making it super easy to visit the scenic spots. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the overall quality was top-notch. It's our first choice for family travel, and we'll definitely book again next time we're in Changsha.

The views are great and the location is convenient. The concierge was helpful with opening doors and handling luggage upon arrival and departure. However, there was a noticeable musty smell in both the hallways and the room. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and you had to order takeout. The delivery robot could take up to half an hour during peak times. After checking out, I was waiting for a taxi by the window in the lobby restaurant and was told that consumption was mandatory to sit there. For this price point, there are many other hotel options. I hope they can improve their management.
