Service was average. Room is spacious and amenities are good.

Overall good. Only issues encountered was one of the windows would not latch so was cracked open the whole time, and the HVAC did not allow the room to get below 24C even in the winter.

本人這次是出差，辦事地點離該酒店很近，第一次入住該酒店，體驗感非常差，淋浴噴灑的水很慢，熱水就更慢了，大概放了1分鐘才有熱水，房間的空調吹出來基本是風，沒有冷氣，找人過來維修，他説正常，叫服務員都説有問題，房間裏面沒有走廊涼快，更可氣的是續住一晚，交代過總枱打掃房間，半夜回來房間沒有打傘，總枱的回覆是忘了，連夜退房，換其他酒店了，真的太差，太差，太差！而且隔音更糟糕

前台小楊服務很好，熱情體貼，酒店早餐，中西式都有，特色一點當然就是米粉啦，房間的衞生也很乾凈，配套設施也很齊全，價格也不錯，非常不錯的一次選擇，下次來還會選這裏

1.前台接過我的身份證，問了我的訂單就沒動靜了，轉身給別人辦業務。
2.給我別人房間的房卡上寫別人的房號，被別人莫名其妙一頓罵。整體環境不錯，就是這兩件事讓人很憋屈很憋屈。

床頭一層灰，打掃衞生都不清潔的嗎？在餐廳點餐，一位服務員愛搭不理。定的豪華大床房，感覺和其他網友曬出的其他的大床房沒有什麼區別。
