The hotel's greeter, Lin, and front desk staff, Lilian, were exceptional – so warm and attentive, they made us feel right at home.

Had a fantastic stay, the service was exceptionally attentive. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and special shoutouts to the greeter Lin and front desk agent Lilian, who were both incredibly professional. Absolutely nothing to complain about, just excellent 👍

Upon arriving at the cyberpunk-themed lobby on the 6th floor, I was warmly welcomed the moment I stepped out of the starlit elevator. Lin was very familiar with the hotel's layout and thoughtfully shared details about breakfast times, the rooftop pool, and the Runway bar, all while keeping my itinerary in mind. She even gave me local Changsha food recommendations, going beyond standard polite exchanges. My luggage was taken care of perfectly, and the entire process was smooth and meticulous. They truly showcased the W's cool yet warm service quality. My stay started with such a pleasant welcome; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

Upon entering the cyberpunk-themed lobby on the 6th floor, amidst the starry ceiling and neon lights, Lin proactively approached to assist me. There was no perfunctory small talk; noticing I looked tired from traveling with luggage, she effortlessly took my heavy bags, carefully explained the locations of the 6th-floor pool and breakfast restaurant, and even thoughtfully recommended authentic local Changsha snacks nearby. Along the way, she noticed my curiosity about the hotel's space-themed decor and casually shared insights into the clever design, all with perfect discretion. The trendy environment, coupled with such warm and heartfelt service, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Lin and Lily at the front desk elevated my entire stay with their meticulous service. W Changsha is now my top choice when visiting Changsha!

Great location, super close to the TV station and direct access to the mall! Allan provided excellent service, always helping me find my delivery and carry my luggage. I'll definitely stay at W again next time I'm in Changsha~

The environment is great and the location is superb, right above a shopping mall, making it perfect for holidays, shopping, and family trips. The room is clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out are very efficient. The hotel also has a children's play area, so kids can have a blast without having to go far to find a place to play. You can easily find dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one place downstairs, saving you a lot of hassle and travel time. Overall, the value for money is fantastic. This is our top choice for family trips, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

Lin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

The hotel's public areas are incredibly comfortable and the room design is very creative! Plus, they gave me a high-floor room, and soaking in the large bathtub was especially relaxing 🥹. I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Lin, who greeted me! Her service was incredibly thoughtful and nice, and she even fulfilled my request to collect a room key. Thank you again!
