Hilton Changsha Riverside

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean, with fantastic river views from the window! The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. Check-in at the front desk was quick. I'll definitely choose the Shimao Hilton again next time I visit Changsha!

Stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The room is located on a high floor right by the Xiang River, offering spacious accommodations, excellent ceiling height, a perfect view, and even a capsule coffee machine! The bathroom features a convenient three-fixture layout with a bathtub, which was very practical. Downstairs, there are two large shopping malls, Wanda and MixC, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It's ideal for families traveling with children. The check-in experience was superb, with incredibly warm and attentive staff. Not just the front desk, but even the cleaning aunties were wonderfully kind and responsive to any requests. The restaurant was also excellent, offering a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, including specialty noodles. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and proactive in their service, and the food options catered well to children's needs. My only minor complaint was the hotel's air conditioning; even at the lowest setting, it felt a bit warm. This might be due to it being a central AC system, which is understandable. Overall, it was a truly wonderful hotel experience! Highly recommended for families visiting Changsha~

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The sky lobby on the 39th floor offers stunning views while you enjoy afternoon tea. Since I was traveling with a baby, Ms. Diana thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room for us, which was so considerate. Lying in bed, you can watch the beautiful Xiangjiang River change throughout the day – it truly lifted my spirits. I had originally booked two nights, but I immediately decided to extend for another night. Upon checkout, Ms. Diana had already prepared a souvenir for us and even a special gift for the baby. We're incredibly grateful! If I ever get the chance to visit Changsha again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the riverfront, about a 15-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf for crawfish. The lobby is on the 39th floor, and the rooms are on the 51st floor, offering fantastic views, especially the beautiful night cityscape. The room was spacious, very clean, and featured smart controls. The executive lounge is also on the 51st floor, which is very convenient. While the variety during happy hour wasn't extensive, the food was quite good. The hotel service was excellent, and luggage storage at the concierge on the first floor was also very convenient. A twenty-minute taxi ride to Wuyi Square isn't too far either.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. The guest relations manager was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically upgraded us to a river-view room for free, and even prepared a small gift for our child. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection and delicious flavors. It's definitely a top choice for family trips.

Came to Changsha with my parents. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel; it definitely lives up to Hilton's standards. The breakfast selection was rich, a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of hot and cold options. And it tasted great! The view from the 39th floor was excellent, especially on a clear day, which really lifted our spirits.
