樓下是潮宗街，交通便利。
酒店在十二樓，電梯有四台（一台貨梯，一台新建中，一台業主電梯需滴卡，剩下一台就是大家可用的）。
入住無需按金，老闆人很好，會幫忙拿行李。
樓層可能較高的原因，水壓不夠，熱水需要等待。

地理位置卓越，地鐵1號線培元橋出來幾百米就到了，樓下就有茶顏悦色，附近牌坊小吃，超市，飯店一應俱全…離五一廣場也是很近！酒店在居名樓裏，設施乾淨整潔，唯一缺點就是電梯真的很慢，還有一個在維修要等很久！但是應該算是價廉物美的，投影直接連接手機投屏不需要會員費！

整體來説還是可以吧，唯一問題等電梯要等很久，離主要的2號線地鐵差不多1.5公里，離1號線比較近兩三百米這樣，樓下就是潮宗街，就有茶顏，住的是180全景，還可以吧，不過運氣有點不好剛好碰到有樓下裝修，其實這也能算是民宿把，差不多，老闆很熱情是真的

房間非常乾淨，裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。太感謝了！酒店的地理位置也很不錯處於五一廣場附近，地鐵站就在旁邊走過去5分鐘的，出現非常方便，下次來長沙還要住這裏，玩幾天都長胖了幾斤長沙太好吃了很對我的胃口

這家酒店衞生做的非常乾淨，是我住過的酒店裡最乾淨的了，一進房間就跟回家了一樣，很温馨，投影超大。有種影院的享受，出去玩逛了一天，回來泡個澡，超舒服呀，而且離各打卡點都很近，特地挑的長沙雨季來玩，煙雨朦朦，好喜歡這種感覺，下次來長沙，還住米夕酒店，來玩的趕緊沖呀！

離地鐵站很近，位置距離都正街等一些網紅景點很近，但是到五一廣場要走十幾分鍾。老闆人很好很熱情，房間很大，很舒適，樓層高視野好。房間很乾凈，服務態度也很好呀，很貼心，-一直關心你需不需要補東西，下雨也會提供雨傘方便出行，總體來説是棒棒的
