1.首先是位置難找
2.打電話給老闆好幾次溝通很困難 老闆聽聲音大概是沒睡醒吧 尋找位置也沒有引導 衹説自己看導航。到了之後也無人辦理入住。老闆衹不耐煩地説加微信卻不告知號碼。趴在玻璃門上好不容易看到了裏面桌上遙遠的貼着的聯繫方式。加上後好一會老闆才通過。我們是跟着上一個住客進入的。非常不方便。
3.私隱與安全：然後入住後老闆給了房間門密碼，進入後直接傻眼。床鋪是亂的，還有生活用品。廁所裏是黃黃的尿。給老闆發微信，過了一會，他才給了另一個房間的密碼。當時我已經訂好了別的住宿，但是實在太累不想搬行李，檢查了另一個房間沒有很臟才入住。想想覺得很恐怖，另一個房間明顯有人入住。老闆給的密碼我們也能直接開進去，私隱與安全毫無保障。入住之後的門鎖也衹有一道智能鎖，外面（包括保潔）是可以直接開進來的。4.服務人員：今天退房，我因為晚上要趕國際航班想多睡一會，就續了四個小時，把錢給老闆。結果保潔阿姨來敲了兩次門，問你們是不是四點退房，得到肯定答案後就開始在外面“蹲守”，刷起了手機….毫無私隱。毫無邊界。
5.環境：而且這邊很吵，都是旁邊狗咖的十幾衹小狗一起叫。隔音幾乎沒有。睡着睡着就能被外面的人正常音量的説話聲吵醒。
6.真的避雷 避雷 避雷 不要因為氛圍感圖片和位置就來啊……真的避雷。住酒店還是要多考慮自己的安全….

走進來一個小箱子，環境比較安靜，附近遊玩比較方便.性價比非常好。老闆服務周到，衞生乾淨整潔舒適健康。有機會來長沙繼續選擇這家民宿

環境衞生：房間環境還行，但是但是這種風格的房子房間真的很潮濕，大夏天被子竟然是濕的，另外還有小蟲子，晚上睡覺感覺身上癢癢的
位置；位於潮宗街中七拐八拐的小巷子裏，位置很難找
服務：真的很幸運辦入住的時候剛好前台在，不然後麪找都找不到人，衹有催顧客退房的時候又出現一會兒，洗衣機也是沒有的，衹有一間客房裡有
