Booked an executive room and upgraded to a suite. It was just right for a night to avoid the typhoon. The front desk was very polite and allowed late check-out. Welcome fruits were available. 1。酒店雖然有點年頭了，但是硬件設施總體保養和維護還算差強人意，所以給予尚可的評價
2。酒店客房還算可以，服務人員服務態度也還不錯，歡迎水果也到位（雖然水果內容很一般），所以給予尚可的評價
3。酒店早餐和晚餐，中餐廳總體還不錯，服務人員態度還可以，菜品也還不錯，上菜效率也還不錯，環境也還可以，總體給予較好評價。但是西餐廳，衹能給予很一般的評價，如果要對標國內五星級酒店，那就衹能給較差的評價，原因如下:
菜品少，且一般，補菜能力差，服務人員人數不少，但反應能力和機動性很差，若干菜品口味差（特指晚餐西餐廳的生鮮產品尤其）包括西餐廳內部分管理人員比較不專業（特指服務態度，應對客户的反應，應對措施等）
4。綜上，作為一個五星級國際性的大酒店，總體跟蘇州其他華裔，希爾頓逸林等進行比較的話，都無法同日而語，需要酒店深刻反省好好學習借鑒其他同行的運營。當然，不得不説這個酒店的總經理（老外）能力應該比較差，可能非常差吧，整個管理和統籌能力才會搞的那麼差勁吧
